The apartment is perfectly located, with easy access to key attractions such as Mutrah Fort (20 minutes), Qantab Beach (35 minutes), and Wadi Al Hoqain (about an hour away). Muscat International Airport is also conveniently just 20 minutes away. The 2BHK apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with top-notch interiors and amenities.
