"🇰🇼 Everything was just perfect. Thank you, Rach and Phillip. The villa has beautiful views and is nicely furnished. It even has a small chimney stocked with firewood, which made the stay feel warm and cozy. The organic breakfast provided was a wonderful and unexpected surprise from Rach and Phillip. You will enjoy the smell of the vineyard and the sound of different birds throughout the day. If you are looking for a place to relax and escape the noise of the world, this is the perfect spot."

"Everything about this property is exceptional. The minute you open up the front door you know you are staying in a very special place. The view from every window is spectacular. The decor is beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every little detail has been thought of. Our hosts were great. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. "We were stunned by the beauty of the location and design of villa 2 at Millar Road. The views and light were spectacular and made even easier to enjoy by rolling doors and beautiful windows and lovely outdoor seating. We loved the quality cotton linens and local breakfast provisions. Our host was attentive to making sure we had a great stay in Hawke’s Bay, which we very much did. We would strongly recommend Millar Road!"

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."
