"Really nice cabin, we spend there on night on our way from tromso to lofoten. Well equipped and clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Really cozy. Nice parking spot by the Cabin :)"

"The cabin is super cute and cosy, and it was the perfect place for us to stop on our road trip. It's well equipped with everything we needed, and the host has clearly paid close attention to details, providing things like reflective jackets and boots in case the guests want to go out in the dark. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area!"

"I came in the main buildings (Finnvikhaugen rooms) in 2022, and it was already perfect. I came back this year with my parents. They rented Morud, the new tiny house built by Johan. It was, again, PERFECT. Unbelievable equipments, accomodations, coffee... Everything was perfect. The new restaurant of Johan opened in the 2024 summer season looks incredible aswell."

"Bit out of "usual" route, but this stay is worth it. I think the owner could give lessons about hospitabilty regarding the place he rents. You really have everything you need, seems like eveything is thought of. Cant remember when I felt this good in some rented space."

"Almost everything was there to spend few days comfortable (the kettle but was missing but we didn’t miss it too much - found a way to boil the water for hot beverages)."

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."
