"This latest lodging at Citiheight Hotel was not my first nor second. However, I can regard my latest visit as the best. There has been a lot of improvement since my last visit and I was very impressed with most of the upgrades. Very clean environment, the staff are polite, respectful and highly professional. Staff accompany guests to their rooms assisting with the luggage and ensuing that guest settle in properly at the hotel. This is highly commendable. Please keep up the good work. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast. Excellent teamwork exhibited by the workforce. Breakfast was adequate to keep one going for the day. Airport pick-up is available at a reasonable cost and I can recommend this service. Overall, I enjoyed my latest lodging at Citiheight Hotel. 100% recommendation!!!"
"Just a minor - There was no toilet brush in the bathroom for a guest to clean after use. The house keeper (Manager) was informed about this and she promised to look into it."

"Great facilities and safe. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Though had issue with the first room (Cooling system not working properly) but the hotel manager got that sorted. I was upgraded to a luxury room which was great. He also gladly extended my checking out time without paying anything extra due to my late flight departure.
