"The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the place was absolutely amazing. Our kids and niece had so much fun in the unit — the slide and Lego wall were a huge hit! The house was very spacious, with 5 toilets, so there was no need to queue at all. On top of that, the customer service was truly tip-top. Even when we messaged them in the middle of the night, they replied very quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place to families!"

""I had a fantastic stay at Lucentia Residences. The location is unbeatable, situated right next to the train station and BBCC LaLaport, making it very convenient to get around. The unit was spotless, and the kitchenware provided was very clean. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of KLCC and KL Tower from the room. A huge thank you to the staff who were incredibly helpful—they assisted us promptly with our access card issue even at 12 midnight.
