"Very pleasant stay with excellent service. The staff were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, especially when my travel schedule changed. They handled the refund for the unused night quickly and arranged my early morning airport transfer without any issues. Great communication and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended."

"Lovely and helpful staff members, clean and spacious room. Shampoo, body wash and toothpaste provided. We were given 2 bottles of water upon arrival. We skipped breakfast as we weren’t feeling too good but somebody came to check on us before breakfast finished to ensure that we didn’t miss out, which was very thoughtful."
