The room could use some improvements. There aren't enough electrical outlets to charge my phone.

Room was not cleaned during stay, but that is fine for privacy.

Perfect for me. also you can book a late check out which costs a small amount more but was really good for me. Communication is great and they are really helpful. I didn't need an expensive place with a beach view and much preferred paying less and just being comfortable in a clean decent place ."

Nothing that was terrible. I notice some folks say dogs bark, but that is all over Raro and it didn't happen when i was there.

The place felt quite restrictive. You can basically only stay in your room. There’s nowhere to go to spend time with friends, as there are no common areas available.

Our balcony room door, with no cover or screen so people could look right up into the room, at night if the living room light was on.

Nothing - this is a basic, comfortable, simple hotel which was just what we needed for a one night stay on the way to the coast.
