"Everything was great! The riad is located near a huge public parking lot. The breakfast is very tasty, and all the staff are nice and hospitable! The room is clean and beautifully decorated."

"It's not critical, but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, although there was in the shower."

"The decoration. The riad is wonderful, you feel like you are in a 13th century madrassa. Way more beautiful than the pictures. The staff is also nice and Dominique, the owner, receives you with a warm wellcome and explain the main atractions in Fes."

"The bathrrom. There is no door in the shower box, so the floor gets floded after the shower. Water temperature is also inconsistent. Once I finished my shower with cold water. In general, I would deduct 1 or 2 points for such problems, but the riad is so beautiful that I kept a 10."

"Riad Batchisarai was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and communicated very well with us throughout our stay. They were also very helpful in recommending places to visit, which made our experience even better. The riad itself was very clean, including the bathroom, and it came with plenty of amenities. Batchisarai is also beautifully designed, with a very aesthetic feel and stunning rooftop views that really added to the charm of the stay. Mahmood and Jaoud were both wonderful hosts—kind, attentive, and welcoming. Payment is made at the accommodation, either by cash, PayPal, or bank transfer, which worked perfectly fine for us. Highly recommended!"

"We really liked our stay at Riad Batchisarai. The owner, Dominique, told us about the renovation project and back story of this place. He really turned this place in a beautiful sanctuary. The place was super beautiful, the rooms superclean and the breakfast elaborate delicious! We also really appreciated the receptionist Maoud, he gave lots of information and took great care of us! Thanks for everything! 🙏"

"Wonderful stay, great hospitality and service. Welcome tea was much needed after getting caught in a downpour. Clean, comfortable, spacious room- as described. Pictures were accurate so no nasty surprises. It was only a short visit but appreciated Mouad and Mounir messaging during the day to check we were ok. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The team went the extra mile to ensure we were able to have breakfast before we caught an early train back. Highly recommend. Would happily return."

"The Riad was beautifully restored, the entire staff very friendly and especially Maout was a fantastic and cheerful host. The location is perfect as it very quiet and also right inside the Medina close to the attractions."

"We stayed with my family at the Riad for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Mahmoud was very attentive and welcoming and made sure we felt like we were home. He also helped us book an oficial guide to do a tour of the medina and jewish quarters, which was very nice. Also, the breakfast was delicious and filling, served in the terrace of the riad, with a wonderful view of Fes."
