"Mohammed, the owner, is a really nice guy and his riad is lovely. It's a little far from Merzouga, but to be honest, we liked this area more than Merzouga anyway. It's a much more relaxed area."

"En general todo estaba muy bien, pero lo mejor la calidad humana del Amar, el chico que regenta el Riad, que nos hizo sentir como en casa, por su hospitalidad, su saber estar tan correcto, educado y servicial. Fue un placer, volveremos!!!"

"Wat een fantastische plek. Wij kwamen terug uit de woestijn en sliepen hier 2 nachten. Mohammed was supervriendelijk en verwelkomend. De kamerinrichting was prachtig en had een goed werkende airco en badkamer. Ook heeft hij voortreffelijk voor ons gekookt. We waren de enige 2 gasten, dus kregen een kijkje in de keuken tijdens het bereiden van de maaltijd. Kortom, een absolute aanrader."

"Lugar pequeño y acogedor. En el centro del pueblo y con un bonito paseo caminando hasta las dunas. Una bonita decoración, cómodas habitaciones y un magnífico desayuno. Youssef, el chico que nos atendió, fue muy amigable y nos ayudo en todo."

"Very nice host, Mohamed and Naaima. They help us in everything (transfer, trip). The rooms are very clean, the breakfast and dinner fantastic. The rooftop terrace is big and comfortable too. Medina is near by. It is 5 stars! We recommend of course!"

"The town and mountains views from the balcony and rooftop are fantastic. Bahija is an excellent host, welcoming with tea and always available if you need anything. We stayed for five days, during record hot weather, and she very kindly let us move into a larger, slightly cooler, apartment for three days, for the same price. There is no air-con, but there are fans. It is an original building, in the old part of town, so you get the full locals' living experience. It's a 3-5 minute walk from the top car park, which attendants are also very friendly and helpful. It's only two minutes down to shops and markets."

"Verjetno ni turista, ki bi ga Erg Chebbi pustil hladnega. Enako pa verjetno velja za tale tabor. Naše dvodnevno bivanje v njem je bilo nepozabna izkušnja. Fantje, ki vodijo vse skupaj, so neverjetno prijazni in gostoljubni, hkrati pa nevsiljivi. Čeprav gre za komercialni program, smo se počutili domače in dobrodošlo. Bilo je vse, kar mora biti: kamele, večerno bobnanje ob ognju in dobra hrana, za nameček so nas pa še namestili v luksuzni šotor (s kopalnico) za ceno standardnega, ker jim je v navadnih zmanjkalo prostora. Saj ne, da bi bilo v standardnem dosti slabše, kajti tudi skupna kopalnica je čisto v redu. Če bi bilo vse skupaj bližje Evropi, bi z veseljem še kdaj prišli, tako pa lahko zaključim le, da je bilo vse skupaj vrhunec našega potovanja!"
