"Sergey - great chef, really feel the difference when he is in kitchen. Variety of food, execution, no dripping fats, more deserts. Feels more European breakfast. Another reason to go to Biplan. I noticed the difference, asked reception did staff in kitchen change and then met Sergey, said my gratitudes"

"We had an apartment and the room was very beautiful and comfortable. The bed for our child was prepared upon arrival, it was nice (cause we didn't ask for it). The breakfast was very good. Free parking in the inner yard. We forgot a kid toy, and they sent it to us by post. Would definitely stay again."

"Honestly, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to all over the world. Breakfast was amazing, my toddlers didn’t wake up on these fantastic mattresses at night, etc, but all the love goes to girls at reception! You are the best! All our requests were met. Kindness overload. Overall emotions are so pleasant that we booked next weekend same day we left. Definitely the best place to stay when you in Daugavpils. Rooms are very clean and comfortable."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
