Tai nėra pustuštis nuomojamas butas, o įrengtas būtent patogiam kasdieniam gyvenimui, kaip namuose. Dviračiui yra vieta pusrūsyje arba rėmas lauke, automobiliui daug parkavimosi vietų aplink. Gerai įrengta virtuvė, gana geras wifi. Šeimininkė greitai ir konkrečiai atsako į laiškus."
