"A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."

"Lodge was great with comfortable room, excellent buffet dining room facility and small swimming pool to cool off in between excursions. The highlights are the 2-3 times daily excursions which really make the high cost absolutely worth it. Our guide, Alfredo, was amazing, bi-lingual, sensitive to the local environment and even played the guitar over dinner and breakfast!"

Only downside really is the fact that there is only 1 included boat time to the lodge and back from Iquitos. We had to pay $180 extra for a personal boat because LatAm airlines brought our flight forward - not the lodge's fault, but something to look out for.

Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.

"We spent the first night of our round trip through the north-west of Argentina here. It was a great start. Claudia gave us a very warm welcome. She speaks good English. The cabana was lovingly furnished and we felt at home. We cooked dinner in the evening and had breakfast on the small terrace next to the entrance in the morning. The gardens are well worth a visit! "This is a fantastic location if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and only half an hour from the airport and Agadir. Beautifully restored Kasbah with productive gardens and a salt water pool (perfect if like me you can't cope with chlorine) We were lucky enough to visit after rain and the wildflowers blooming in the surrounding fields were beautiful. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly."

1. There was no Iron in the room (it is written in the room facilities) 2. Noisy neighbours (they celebrated birthday and used equipment for loud music and jumped in the pool)

"Honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. Great location- 10 minutes away from The 7 Rila lakes, food was amazing, the itslef place was soo cozy and welcoming. Host was also amazing, very friendly, talked to us, gave us advice about our upcoming trip to the lakes, very sweet. 10/10 if youre looking for a relaxing place with a spirit!"

"Great location at the South side of Song Kul lake. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. You can also get (packed) lunches and dinner. Phone reception is good and you can charge your phone in the evening in the main yurt. Stayed for two nights there. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved it!"

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us

"Nice forest hut on the edge of a forest - 10 min to a beach by foot. You are really almost in the middle of nature here. The forest was full of blackberries when we were there. The kitchenette corner is smallish but sufficient to make a meal for a family of four."

It may be a bit challenging to find the right road leading to the house, but we managed. Go past the road leading to the two storey apartment houses, and turn to the left of the warehouse-like structure which is further on the road.
