The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout. "This property was tucked away in the rain forest. Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

"Beautiful place next to a river and the mangrove bushes. The lady at the service desk speaks very good English. That’s was very helpful. The excursion to the monkeys was very fun and the boat tour was beautiful!"

"Amazing location, cozy and cute cabins, the food was great and hosts were very warm and lovely people. Extra pluses are friendly furry friends, fire place possibilities and of course hot tub was the jewel of the stay."

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."

The room was clean but had some dust. The housekeeping can improve on this.

"Lovely guesthouse in a beautiful location. Bed was super comfortable and her cooking was one of the best we had on our hike. We would have extended our stay longer if she had availability."

"Great location at the South side of Song Kul lake. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. You can also get (packed) lunches and dinner. Phone reception is good and you can charge your phone in the evening in the main yurt. Stayed for two nights there. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved it!"

It is 30 minutes on a very bumpy road from the gate to the national park and we were the only people to pass through each day. This end of the park is forest and scrub so very difficult to see game. There are not many roads in the park and almost no signage.

"This experience was amazing being in nature while having a luxurious living space is a rare combination moreover we got to enjoy this wonderfull experience without any bugs this is one off the many positive sides of this compound I really recommend it especially for large groups and kids as the environment is kids friendly with emotional support animals like golden retrievers"
