"The hotel management and staff are very welcoming, very attentive to your needs abd always ready to assist you in anyway. Perfect location, everything is just at stone's throw away. They have a lovely band playing good music in the evenings making it over the more lively."

"Hotel is on centre of Ella, just next to several restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and food on The restaurants was good. Room was big."

The property is quite spread out so depending where your room is located, there’s a bit of walking up and down hill. The staff is very attentive and friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel is beach front however there is a strong surge under the waves making it not particularly safe for swimming. Varied buffet breakfast and choice of good evening buffet or à la carte.
