The owners, Hicham and Ana, are so kind and welcoming, and everyone else - from the Chef to the entire staff - is wonderful. The Chef is really talented and the food was excellent! I strongly recommend staying there because it’s the perfect place to relax while still being very close to Beirut and other touristic attractions such as Jounieh, Jeita Grotto, the Harissa teleferique, Our Lady of Lebanon, Byblos and Batroun. The space, from the living room to the swimming pool area to the courtyard, is beautifully decorated, colorful, joyful and full of character. "In the heart of the Christian quarter.. A converted 14th Century building with many of the old Phoenician features. Our taxi was met by the owner with very short walk to the accommodation. Very friendly. I slept in a double bed, and my friend in a sofa bed which was made up by staff. All facilities needed for a comfortable stay, Kitchen, bathroom, shower etc. Free Wifi. Some local shops. Very close to old port with many restaurants. I will come back here again."

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."
