What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Abbas, Dana, Mahmoud, and the rest of the crew or making the experience feel extra warm and memorable. "Asking for deposit while there is nothing in the room. internet very week in the room. Room facilities are very poor while there was a kettle but no cups or glass available. No free water bottles . Second day no towels left after cleaning the room. I complained and their answer was i should ask."
