"They did their best to accommodate our early arrival without charge. The location was perfect for our trip during Chuseok. Right in the heart of the square where there was so much to see. Some places were closer to downtown that we wanted to go, but overall the location was great. Several restaurants with good food, lots of shops, photobooths and people!!!"
"Perhaps a microwave. I don't recall there being one. Also I know its faceless but a desk person on site would definitely be helpful instead having to send messages all the time. And the Disney plus didn't work. No matter how many times we logged in and followed the instructions, it just went to the shows but never played them once selected. I also requested a beach view and I was told I would have it, but it was of the square instead. Which was fine but we were expecting a beach view room. Nothing major, the stay was very comfortable all the same! 😁"

"The property is in a fantastic location, close walk to Haeundae Beach and the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had plenty of space in our family suite, which was immaculately clean. The bathroom was a good size and shampoo and soap were provided. Overall, for the price we paid we were extremely happy."
