"Great location near airport within 3 bus station distance, less than 30 minutes. Nice staff with decent English proficiency. Good condition of room facilities. Various choices and good quality breakfast. Reasonable price during low travel seasons. Grocery just downstairs. Duty free mall within 10 minute walk."

"Loved the interior degign, room layout, and the fact that there's a pool at the top floor besides many facilities Rented a car during my stay as well, parking was free and convenient"

"I didn't get to stay longer"
"A good well kept hotel, conveniently close to the airport (useful to catch early flight.) We didnt use the indoor pool or spa due to a short stay. It was within walking distance to the pedestrian street. Car park easily available."
"Nothing. The turning into the parking can be quite sharp but was manageable."
"Overall, a good hotel with all the right amenities."
"We arrived 15mins before 1500hrs to check-in but was asked to wait until 1500hrs. Just amazed at the inflexibility and the lack of good customer service. Other hotels would allow me to check-in earlier (15mins) as long as they have a room ready. I was annoyed at this poor customer service."
"Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast. Lots of local eateries nearby."
"Aucun."
