"Location is good. The place is clean. Shower is hot, this is important because we came in during very cold time, and heating system didn't reach to the bathroom."

"The location was ideal especially with connection to airport line and Yeonnam-dong / Hongdae areas. Self-checkin was convenient if you are coming in late hours. You get want you paid for especially given the location."

"It was marketed to foreigners but the facilities felt not prepared for storage of luggage, only stairs to get to rooms and not the best sound proofing especially with the bars nearby. The bed frames were a bit noisy and felt a bit comfortable (good enough for just a couple nights). The shower curtain was short and sometimes water might spill over to dry area around the sink and toilet (not major issue but could be improved). With minor improvements this guest house could be one of the better places to stay on a budget in the heart of Seoul."

"The location was phenomenal as it was very close to several tourist locations such as Hongdae street, and moreover, it is only about a 4-5 minutes walk to Hongik University train station which directly connects to Incheon Airport, allowing you swift travel even with suitcases. The staff was very helpful and responsive on contact and there was a little communal kitchen with several facilities such as a free water dispenser with cold and hot water, a microwave and even an iron. In addition, this accommodation is perfect for people who prefer a little less social interaction face-to-face as everything throughout our stay was handled with quick messages to the owner who responds exceptionally fast."

"As advertised, the rooms are very small, although that shouldn’t be that big of an issue if you’re planning on spending the majority of your time outside. The beds are small and may not be too comfortable to a larger traveler."
