"Super friendly owners, clean accommodation and as a big bonus cute kitties that came to cuddle! Free drinking water and a bar with great music that was frequented by the other 'villagers', who were communicative and inclusive. There's also a volleyball field that sees some action in the late afternoon! Local food and drinks a few km down the road towards the beach. Own transport needed."

"The bungalow, though very clean and well appointed, felt a little soulless and cold, as did the shower (luke warm). The night was noisy with first rain and then things falling on the roof, I used earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. The village was empty and felt a bit strange to us, I'm sure the vibe changes when it's all in full swing, though, the bar was lovely and lively in the late afternoon and evening and everyone was super friendly, so in the high season I am sure it will be a wonderful place. The people there are definitely top notch."

The location is a hidden gem, full of great places to eat and drink with a good vibe and a lagoon and beaches nearby. Scooters and electric bikes are available to rent cheaply at the hotel. Highly recommended."
