"Good sized room with an ensuite makes this place great value for money! Staff are lovely and it's very comfortable. There is access to a fridge."

"Our large room was exceptional . Flooded with light from 2 large windows, a sofa and table with a very comfortable bed + a large television. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was functional. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay in this very large and comfortable room ."

"Our only complaint was NO reception . It made it a bit of a chore to communicate if we needed anything."

"The room was very clean and comfortable! There was hot water. The view was nice and the place was easy to reach!"

"It was pretty cold inside the hotel and when we arrived there was nobody there just a note that we should call a number. Since we don't have a SIM Card from Kyrgyzstan and didn't have the WiFi code yet, we couldn't do that and it took quite a while until somebody showed up!"

"Was given a choice of rooms on arrival and chose a very large cool room on the ground floor. It even had an automatic washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful for washing clothes after days of travelling. Almaz, the receptionist, spoke very good English and was very helpful giving his WhatsApp number in case I needed anything. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Bokonbaeva."

"Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean apartment and quite stable internet connection."

"It was quite loud during the evening/night due to celebrations in the restaurant. Nothing ear plugs couldn't fix though."

"Large room with excellent en suite and good wi-fi connectivity in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a portable heater which is good for the chilly nights. The bed was king sized and comfortable. The room was spotless with working kettle and toiletries and plenty of storage. Car parking is extensive. The nearest eating places (and there are not many) are a ten minute walk away in the town centre but there are two excellent supermarkets on the road out towards Bishkek for getting provisions for day's hiking etc."

"Мы приехали с целью отдыха и на этом же отдыхе я стала невестой, мне сделали предложение. Очень довольная поездкой и отелем. Всё чисто, красиво, минималистично, ничего лишнего. Интернет, стаканы, блюдца, полотенца. Все чистое и целое. Понравился телевизор в котором было как и обычное тв, так и скаченные фильмы и ютюб. В душе было мыло, бумага, гель для душа. Очень вежливые и добрые администраторы. Девушка администратор всегда улыбчивая, такая милая. На втором этаже картины, столовая с орнаментами на стене, прям почувствовали атмосферу другой очень гостеприимной страны. С удовольствием заселимся в этот же отель в следующем году)"

"The lady boss was very friendly, supportive and able to communicate in English which is not always the case with hotel owners or staff in Central Asia. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the city centre and in the surrounding area of the guessthouse you can find a couple of restaurants and groceries. My room was clean, beds were comfortable and there was no noise disturbance in the night although my room faced the main road. Traffic simply isn't very heavy in Osh during the night. Note: when arriving at the hotel, you first stay in front of a locked door. You are then supposed to ring the bell which I did not know and I also did not see the bell button which is a bit highly located. I suggest to fix a note in English at the door pointing to the bell and instructing to ring it. Once I did so, the owner appeared instantly."

"The two young ladies on Reception were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Had a room on the 6th level with mountain views. The room was spotlessly clean for my arrival. The bathroom was cleaned well every day but the room was given a quick clean each day, this was perfectly fine. The breakfast is excellent. I'm happy to recommend this hotel."

"Clean and cozy room. Toilet and washbasin in the room. Shower shared by two rooms. Delicious home-cooked food. Sociable hosts. I was pleasantly surprised by the Kyrgyz bread and ayran. Wonderful national park "Ala Archa" where you can just relax and rest on the benches, or go hiking in the mountains. Entrance to the park is 2.30 usd. Free buses run in the park."

"I had a very nice stay at the guesthouse. The rooms were fantastic, felt brand new, best one I experienced during my whole trip actually. You get a nice dinner in the evening for a fee. Great chance to meet fellow travelers as well. There are cute cats and a dog living in the compound as well. Location is good too, you can walk around the village to experience the place and go on horse rides if you wish. Thanks for the lovely stay!"

"Great location, close to the lake. Great food, dinner and breakfast (if you're vegetarian make sure you tell them ahead). When we stayed there, it was already low season (and very cold), so there weren't activities available. But walking close to the lake was amazing, with no one around. Yurts were in good shape, and they're warm (it was around 2-3 degree Celsius). They have a coal stove to warm up the yurt, which the staff turns on before you go to sleep. Toilets are clean and tidy. Hot water is available for showers."
