"Very clean & spacious for 3 of us. No need to worry about the parking & kitchen complete with utensils."

"Everything was good two big living room and one fully kitchen. And the door is open by code so you can access the door by anytime without key. The equipment in kitchen was super great! They got oven, microwave, 2 electric stove( one is not fixed on the wall) and lots of the dishes and stuff."

"The house is gorgeous: a very elegant and classy traditional japanese house. The accomodation was very comfrotable, very easy to reach from the train station and very close to nice restaurants and to the convenience store (24h). Staff very kind ad everything well organized."

"為了一早起來到商店街拍照選擇ZAWA(超級近)，非常大的公寓式旅館~超級喜歡！浴室鏡子很大。 當天晚上還使用了廚房，自己煮了一餐，未來有機會再來到河口湖商店街住宿，會毫不猶豫選擇ZAWA！"

"Il faisait très froid dans la salle de bains ( pas de chauffage) et dans la grande chambre tatamis ( malgré la mise en route du chauffage). Le manque de confort des futons et oreillers ( comparés à d'autres logements que nous avons fait) , nous avons malheureusement assez mal dormi Le bruit des voitures qui passaient jusque tard dans la nuit, lié à une absence d'insonorisation du logement."

La limpieza fue impecable y todo los electrodomésticos funcionaban perfectamente. El alojamiento provee parqueadero gratis a tan solo unos metros de la casa. El proceso de check in y check out fue muy fácil, y los anfitriones estuvieron siempre muy pendientes de las preguntas y solicitudes."
