"Good location, situated close to Monreale Cathedral with local shops on the doorstep. Valet parking offered for an additional fee, but worth it. Let them know your departure time and they will ensure your car is ready for you."
"Allow plenty of time if you are traveling in to Palermo as the traffic is heavy"
"Jacuzzi was amazing but unfortunately due to late arrival we could not use the Sauna. Room spacious and comfortable"
"we could not turn on the air con but I am sure Daniele could explain how to do that"
"Very hospitable host, helped us with parking the car which was much appreciated."
"The TV wasn’t working."
"We traveled with our family. Spacious, comfortable apartments. A quiet, peaceful place. Everything you need is nearby - shops, pizzeria. Very friendly host. I would really like to return only to this place for a longer period."

"Palazzo Ducale suites is very close to the centre of Monreale, and everywhere is easily reached on foot. We were astonished by the beauty and majesty of the Duomo when we visited. The local cafes, bars and restaurants that we visited were all good. We travelled into Palermo by bus on two days, and the service from Monreale is reliable, cheap and fairly frequent. We paid extra for breakfast on two days, and thought it was good value."
"We had a rental car, and the public parking at the Duomo car park is around €20/day. Getting suitcases from there to the property requires some effort!"
"Great location. The room was nice and clean, big and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Would visit again."

"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
