Nastanitev Eden Park Resort se nahaja 150 m od plaže Jadranskega morja, ki je z nastanitvijo povezana s prehodom. Vključuje bazen z vodno masažo in teniško igrišče, posestvo pa je obdano s palmovimi drevesi. Sobe so zasnovane v sodobnem slogu, nudijo pa lesena tla in televizijo z ravnim zaslonom. Na voljo so tudi opremljen balkon ali terasa, brezplačen mini bar in lastna kopalnica s prho ter sušilcem za lase. V vseh prostorih lahko uporabljate brezplačen WiFi. Marina Montemarciano je oddaljena 2 km, do letališča Ancona pa se pripeljete v 20 min. Poskrbljeno je za brezplačno parkirišče, na zahtevo pa je na razpolago tudi pokrito parkirišče za navadna in motorna kolesa. Restavracija je odprta vsak dan, v njej pa vam postrežejo lokalne in tradicionalne jedi, ne manjkajo pa niti vina iz regije Marche ter drugih italijanskih regij. Vsako jutro si lahko privoščite samopostrežni zajtrk. V sklopu nastanitve so na voljo tudi sejne sobe za pogostitve in prireditve. Mesto Senigallia je oddaljeno 9 km, do mesta Ancona pa je 24 km.

"The staff in this hotel are super friendly, just like everyone else in this area of Italy. The pool was really clean and very pretty. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate - croissants, cakes, yoghurts, toasties, coffees and juice. Rooms were clean."

"Hotel jest obiektywnie blisko plaży, na której jest ratownik. Można przejść tunelem pod torami kolejowymi. Sam hotel jest w opłakanym stanie, 1 do 2 nocy do wytrzymania, ale na tydzień bym tam nie przyjechał. W pokoju było czysto, ale widać, że remont był z 20 lat temu. Basen nie zachęcił nas do wejścia do wody. Ogólnie jedyna zaleta to 15 min do lotniska."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
