"Very professional and friendly staff. Young, nice and competent. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. I did not have a view of the sea, but it doesn't really matter because there is plenty of common space outside. Breakfast buffet is very good. Dinner is really exceptional, it was one of the best meals we had in Iceland. Small menu, but excellent quality and huge portions. The location is very as a base to visit Western Iceland. Hotel is just above the sea, with great views from the dining room and terrace (when weather allows it...)."

"The hotel is a great location to begin an exploration of Snaefellsnes peninsula. The rooms are a little basic in a block that is of portacabin type construction, however, they are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side but with a good shower. The views from the hotel, to the sea at the front and the glacier topped volcano at the back are beautiful. The hotel staff were all freindly and helpful and dinner in the restaurant was excellent (but be aware that there are not really any cheaper options and there isn't really anywhere else to go). However, the breakfast was included and was really good and set us up well for a busy day of sightseeing. So, all in all, this was a pretty good value stay."

"Motel je na perfektni lokaciji za prihod in odhod iz Islandije. Splača se ostati nekaj dni, saj je tudi izhodišče za Modro laguno in polotok Reykjanes s svojimi znamenitostmi i vulkan Fagradalsfjall. Soba s kopalnico je odlično opremljena, pozimi topla. Skupna kuhinja je prostorna in dobro opremljena. Videla sva čudovito Auroro na severni strani hiše."
