"I loved the charm & atmosphere of the Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Beds were nice & comfy. If anything a ceiling fan would be nice, just cause it got quite warm in the room. But otherwise ir was lovely."

I usually wouldn't stay in anything with a shared toilet & bathroom but it was fine & very clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the very first moment, always available without ever being intrusive. My room was bright, spacious, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Osebje žal ne zna angleško in jedilnik je samo v romunščini, vendar smo težavo rešili s sodobno tehnologijo tako, da nismo bili ne lačni ne žejni.

"Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"

"Комплекс складається з 2 окремих приміщень: готель та ресторан. В ресторані все чудово. Смачно і добрий сервіс. В готелі сподобалася тепла підлога."
