"I liked the spacious room with two desks for computer work. It is next to a mall which has a Costa coffee shop for a very good coffee. The location is in the middle of Kochi downtown, but the room was quiet for comfortable sleep. Good restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner."

"It's close to the metro, easy to get to Ft Cochi peninsula and the main tourist sites (by ferry), the meals were tasty, they actually make black coffee, the room was very clean, the shower doesn't get the whole bathroom floor wet, all personnel helpful and trying to make your stay comfortable."
"I wish they had individual security safes in each room, instead of at the main desk area. The possible loss of a passport would be catastrophic for a tourist and probably the end of the trip."
