Felicity at reception was a joy to deal with but the star of the show for us was Victoria in the restaurant. Very pleasant, personable, funny stories, kept us entertained and remembered things we had mentioned & referenced back to them later in the night, exceptional customer service skills and our recommendation for Employee of the year."
