"Picture postcard thatched cottage. Easy to get to. Cosy large lounge with huge inglenook fireplace. Host was lovely and breakfast was lovely too."

"I was on a leisure break with my sister. We had a lovely big bedroom with two double beds and en-suite . Cathy the owner was so helpful, friendly and made us feel ‘at home’ We were also able to use the dining room to chill and watch TV if we wanted. The breakfast was really good and Cathy gave us a choice to order whatever we wanted. This B&B was excellent value and is very near the village of Doonbeg."

"A very convenient location with lots of places to visit within easy car travel, loads of private parking, great size rooms and wonderful breakfasts. Our host went out of her way to make us welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you Kathy, for a memorable stay."

"We stayed in the town, stay above a shop. We chose the place because of our trip itinerary in surrounding areas. Lovely leisurely walks to have a drink or meal/ explored the old town and the bay. We feel like stepping back in time living in the old town."

"Spent 3 nights at Barr an CHNOIC with my daughters,their husbands and 3 grandchildren The house is just beautiful, more than exceeded our expectations. The hosts were fab, meeting us at a time that suited us and explained everything.ie the key collection etc The house was spotless, kitchen fully equipped which was fantastic. Everything was thought of is terms of what you would need for cooking etc Utility room was fab as well The hosts left us a tin of home made scones, jam and even a bottle of wine in the fridge We will definitely be booking again for future family visits Thank you Helen & Margaret for such a lovely home and making us feel so welcome xx"

"Lovely, cosy place. Unusual and kinda quirky which I liked. Traditional village building really well located. Hosts very helpful and we were made to feel most welcome with some cupboard essentials and excellent coffee. It's all about the attention to detail! New modern fittings and bathrooms, very clean. Market and waterfront a short walk from the loft. Nice bookshop, pubs, shops. Felt secure and safe. Relaxing! Schull is a lovely place. When we return we will stay here for sure 😊"
