Nastanitev Riva Rooms se nahaja le 50 m od morja, poleg priljubljene promenade Riva in v neposredni bližini vseh glavnih znamenitosti, vključno z Dioklecijanovo palačo, ki je pod Unescovo zaščito. Ponuja sobe z brezplačnim brezžičnim internetom, skupno kuhinjo in dnevno sobo s TV. Vse sobe imajo tapecirana tla in vključujejo garderobno omaro, mizo ter stole. Nekatere nudijo balkon, uporabljate pa lahko tudi skupno kopalnico s sušilcem za lase. Najbližja restavracija in gostilna sta tik pred nastanitvijo, trgovina z živili je 5 m stran, do tržnice s svežimi živili pa je približno 200 m. Celotno staro mestno jedro, ki ga najdete v neposredni bližini, je polno različnih trgovin, galerij, kavarn, barov in restavracij, poleti pa si lahko ogledate tudi številne kulturne dogodke. Trg Peristil in vhod v Dioklecijanovo palačo sta oddaljena 100 m, do gozdnega parka Marjan s številnimi kolesarskimi in pohodniškimi stezami ter z opazovalno točko s čudovitim pogledom na Split pa je 300 m. Do glavne avtobusne in železniške postaje je 400 m, poleg njiju pa najdete tudi pristanišče za trajekte. Iz splitskega pristanišča vas ladje vsak dan popeljejo do okoliških otokov Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis in Korčula.

"Quiet but central location, size of room is superb, cleanliness, friendly and accommodating owner. Excellent value. Very, very close( within 20 metres) to lots of amenities including cafes, supermarket and laundrette. Clean kitchen. Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."
