"Zelo urejeno in lično okolje in zunanjost objekta, trije bazeni. Osebje je izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Hotel je neposredno ob morju, ležalniki na hotelski plaži so nekoliko dvignjeni od morja a vseeno le nekaj metrov stran, tako da lahko do morja dostopaš neposredno iz hotelske plaže."

Sobe bi lahko osvežili. Ob prihodu smo prejeli 1 steklenico pitne vode na osebo, osebje nam je povedalo, da nam ker nimamo all inclusive paketa to pripada le ob prihodu. Glede na to, da voda predstavlja minimalen strošek ob lahko ponudili na primer 1 steklenico pitne vode na osebo na dan. Ležalnikov na plaži ni dovolj za vse goste, večina si jih rezervira že takoj zgodaj zjutraj. Zaščita ored komarji okoli postelje je imela več lukenj.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Res lepa mala pozornost do vsakega gosta da ima v sobi opremo za pripravo kave ali čaja. Vse super😊 Lokacija Top, v bližini znamenitosti in mestnih atrakcij, tako da je ogled mestnih znamenitosti prijeten sprehod."

Mogoče bi izpostavila samo "velikost " moje sobe, drugo pa vse odlično.

Glasba ob bazenu po 22 uri zvečer je bila občasno malo moteča.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Majhne sobe😃, tako kot povsod v Japanu, ampak ni motece, glede na to da se j in pije v skupnih prostorih recepcije.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Lokacija. Tudi to, da lahko gosti ob odhodu zadnji dan (brezplacno) pustijo prtljago v posebni sobi in pridejo ponjo pozneje. Prav tako lahko gosti takrat pocakajo v veliki skupni sobi,na primer ko je dezeven dan in sprehod po mestu ni privlacen. Jaz sem tako imel odhod avtobusa sele zvecer."

Vsec mi ni bilo loputanje vrat sosednjih sob in skupnih sanitarij, tudi ponoci. Kljuke vrat so namrec taksne, da je normalno zapiranje vrat tezje.
