"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."

Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. "The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"We arrived at the private park in the camp, then the owner of the camp received us and gave us a nice welcome. He took us to the camp and then showed us a 4-hour tour, which was beautiful. The camp was very beautiful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it."

"Very nice place for family or group of friends. Very clean and enough room for everyone (no dead bugs inside the house :D) Very peaceful place, only birds singing. Nearby river was the most entertaining part for teenagers. Bottom of the river was bit rocky, but we used shoes for swimming. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone. See you next year!"
