"The room was comfortable and cleaned every morning, which we really appreciated. The food at the restaurant was very good, with a nice variety of options. The restaurant staff were friendly making our dining experience pleasant."

"The main reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised on ‘Booking.com’ having a sauna and two outdoor swimming pools, but in reality, there was only one outdoor pool and no sauna at all. The other small pools were private ones for specific apartments or tiny children’s pools, which weren’t useful for us. Upon arrival around 9 a.m., we explained to reception that we were very tired and would appreciate an early check-in, but we had to wait until 2 p.m. to get a room. The staff showed little empathy or flexibility and simply repeated that check-in was at 3 p.m., without offering an apology or alternative. The spa area was disappointing — the jacuzzi and indoor pool didn’t look clean, and the space was constantly noisy with children running, diving, and shouting, even though signs said “no diving.” We were also told the hammam wasn’t warm enough to use. The outdoor pool was crowded, not very clean, and filled mostly with families and young children, making it difficult to relax. The cocktails at the beach and pool bars were poorly made and tasted more like juice."
