"The environment was cosy and serene. The security personnel are well trained and understand customer service. They even washed my car. All the other staff I interacted with were very willing to help. Their rooms are spotlessly clean and well furnished. Meals were tasty. I really enjoyed my stay. I will go back to Best Lodge again and again. Betty and Zainab were particularly wonderful people who helped made my stay enjoyable."

When I requested to be served breakfast in my room, I was surprised that the service came at no extra charge. I highly recommend Best Lodge to anyone travelling to Tamale. "Hosts very helpful, some things weren’t in the room initially, but as soon as we asked these were sorted. The location is great, with lovely views. There was some music locally (a Sunday night) but this stopped soon after 10pm. There was hot water. We could use the kitchen and staff helpful here too. Breakfast of eggs, bread and hot drink served at our convenience. Would stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! It is a very modern apartment with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry machine, a TV in every room with Netflix and air-conditioning through the whole apartment. The owner, Glen, was also very welcoming to us and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff on the property were very kind to us and we felt very safe here! We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!! ☺️"
