"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The hotel itself is a bit older, but that’s part of its charm – it feels authentic and full of character. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. A special thank you to the owner, Saba, who is incredibly kind and attentive. He truly cares about every guest and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Communication in English was easy and smooth."

"The only small downside we noticed was related to the bathroom drainage. The water was draining a bit slowly, which sometimes caused some splashing in the bathroom area. However, it was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect our overall positive experience."

"The hotel has a very good location it’s only a 5 minute walk from the central square. It’s very close to the Green Bazaar and all essential facilities. And the wine corner… I absolutely love it. It’s a very charming place, and the wine is perfect 🍷highly recommended."

"​The location of this accommodation is a perfect 10! Everything you could possibly need from fresh produce at the green market to restaurants, shops, and museums. We were particularly impressed by how warm and impeccably clean the place was. A huge thank you to the lovely lady who maintains the apartment; she was incredibly kind and helpful. Our host was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed. ​If you are planning any local tours or want to try some excellent wines, definitely reach out to him for advice."
