"We enjoyed the apartment overall and I'll succinctly say what we found to be especially pleasant about it and the experience: very conveniently located (for using public transport + Carrefour market really close); clean; host is very kind and helpful, including what concerns breakfast; the apartment has whatever facilities you might need (in my opinion). For all practical purposes, we liked the stay in this apartment very much!"

"If one wants to find some negative aspects about an apartment, there will always be something out there. However, I want to consider inconveniences that were significant and impactful to our stay and our experience. That being said, there were no such inconveniences. There was nothing bothering us!"

"The place is spacious. The kitchen was separate from the living/bedroom area and both rooms have open able windows. What stands out is there’s a washing machine to do your laundry. Breakfast included which was a plus."

"I can’t say I didn’t like the property but I feel the location is slightly a bit far from the attractions. I’m one of those people that prefer to walk to and from destinations rather than take the metro/public transport. Other than that, the floors creak and am mindful whenever I walk to avoid making noise."

"Location is excellent, minutes from two different Metro stations. The host is absolutely delightful and also speaks excellent English as a bonus. She’s a wonderful communicator. The property is quiet, clean, has everything a traveler would need including a good clothes airer, laundry detergent, butter, jams. The breakfast is DELICIOUS and includes fresh milk for us Anglo-types. Could not fault the experience and would return in a heartbeat."

"Note the bed is a double, so can be challenging if you don’t keep to your respective sides of the bed!"

"It is a lovely appartement in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, which is located close to subway and Saint Ambroise Cathedral. It has all facilities needed, including kitchen to cook, as eating out in Paris could be quite expensive."

"A little bit de-dusting would be not a bad idea. Breakfast could be also more diverse, not only croissants with orange juice and milk."

"Beautiful apartment, in a great location. A quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance from many landmarks. The hosts are fantastic, checking in and out was super easy and very accommodating with arrival and departure time."

"Stefania was most hospitable, the space of the apartment was larger than it looked on the website. It was very quiet and we were able to sleep with the double windows wide open."

"Everything was excellent. The appliances, comfort, quietness, superb location (5 minutes to 2 Metro stops, Parmentier and Saint-Ambroise), cleanliness and fantastic communication with our host Stefania from start to finish. There is also a lift up to the second floor where this apartment is located and it is spacious. WiFi was good and you can access your Netflix on the large smart TV. This is a rare and outstanding choice in Paris and we would stay here again without thinking twice."

"Very spacious, in quiet neighbourhood near metro and city center. Clean and nice equipment. Handmade book with tips for trips and restaurants, very useful! Breakfast served in stylish basket, delicous fresh pastry, orange fresh, butter and homemade jams. The house lady was very helpful and pleasant."
