"Excellent location. Very homely. A working kitchen. Plenty of space."
"We enjoyed our stay although a few small things that need some attention to keep the home feeling loved & looked after. We felt that the apartment while workable, is lacking some love, care & a freshen up. Carrying luggage up the narrow steps. Guests comment book left out to read with comments saying thank you for the wine gift. Yet no wine gift? No maps, pamphlets or town information guide books on the Champagne Houses, restaurants, shopping & delicacies of which there are many in Épernay. No apartment instruction book. Very small bed for a good sized bedroom. No shampoo or soap. Offered a coffee machine. Yet small details like some milk would be nice. We went shopping to buy these essentials. No iron or ironing board. Slow response from owners & couldn’t get a board until next day. We never heard from them again."
