"Fantastisch uitzicht op de zee. Er waren 2 terrassen waardoor je altijd in de schaduw kon zitten. Een uitstekend zwembad. In elke kamer was er airco.. Een lichtrijk en gezellig ingericht huis met veel ramen en ruimte. Verhuurder was makkelijk bereikbaar en open voor vragen."

"location is perfect ...a bit of a walk up hill but we are both 65 years old and for Menton Caravan enough to have a view it is not necessary to have a car . We loved the view from the balcony"

"Good location and nicely furnished. Very clean and nicely decorated, Off road parking is useful. The property management company met us at the start and end of the holiday and were very helpful. Property is 5 walk minutes from the pretty village centre which has nice bars, restaurants and cafes. There is also a boulangerie and a small shop."

La situation de l'appartement dans un quartier calme et agréable permet de découvrir Perpignan dans de fort bonnes conditions. Il est facile d'y trouver une place pour la voiture et le coût est modique en semaine , gratuit le week-end."
