"L’alloggio era adeguato alle nostre esigenze. Occorre però precisare che può andare bene solo per un gruppo molto affiatato: delle 5 stanze dichiarate (1 singola e 4 matrimoniali), solo una è dotata del bagno (senza la doccia). Le altre 4 condividono 2 wc 2 docce e 2 lavandini. Inoltre uno dei 4 letti matrimoniali non si trova in una stanza vera e propria, ma in un luogo di passaggio. In compenso i due divani, nell’ampio soggiorno, possono fornire ulteriori soluzioni, per chi si adatta. A parte questo, il resto va molto bene: tanto spazio, sia dentro che fuori (sul retro della casa c’è un giardino cintato, con ampio portico sotto il quale si può pranzare). Attrezzatura in cucina completa, locali puliti, ottimi materassi, acqua calda a tutte le ore, accoglienza cordiale: torneremo!"

"The accommodation is on the 4th floor, but it was actually bigger than we expected from the photos (the app is on three floors). Everything was comfortable, clean, the kitchen was well equipped, even some basic groceries like sugar and salt, to make it easier to get started... Both beds were very very comfortable, enough towels and everything in the bathroom. We stayed there for five nights with my family and we recommend it to everyone, as it is in a great location - there is a pedestrian zone and a nice market around, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and several metro stations are close. We arrived very late the first night and had problems getting onto the balcony (it has a separate entrance) - when we informed the owner the next morning, he changed the lock the same day and fixed everything. Thank you again for everything and we sincerely hope to spend our holidays in Paris again. All the best, dear Charles."
