"très beau studio plutôt grand très bien équipé ,calme et a 5 m a pied du centre de greoult 15 min a pied des thermes. Equipement complet avec une terrasse au soleil .on y est bien .place de parking privé devant le studio."

"A very comfortable and cosy apartment right in the heart of Évian! The bed is large and incredibly comfortable — we slept wonderfully. The apartment is bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The loggia with its beautiful view of Lake Geneva is a true highlight — calm, peaceful, and perfect for both mornings and evenings. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the centre, with shops, cafés, and the lakeside promenade nearby.
