"Wonderful secluded, quiet property in large "natural" gardens with a range of seating/relaxing areas, unusual plants, a stream and a lake. Large indoor and outdoor dining areas with kitchen facilities which could be used by guests.Excellent inclusive continental breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade jams and honey made from the hosts own bees. Airy, cool (it was very hot during our stay) room and spacious bathroom with large, walk in shower. Plenty of on site parking.This was a short distance from our room but we were able to park outside it when loading and unloading the car. The attractions and eateries of Pierrefonds and Compiegne are a short drive away. Also easy access to forest cycle routes and walks."

"I had a rental car and did a week of driving all over the Loire Valley. It was a nice and quiet place to recover and prepare myself before returning my car rental. It was a pullout sofa bed and comfortable enough for me but might not be for someone who wants a thick mattress."

"The property has lots of character inside overlooking the Dosse de Dionne. The bedroom was cool and comfortable, ny electricbike was secure and the breakfast was everything I would expect."

"The host was very helpful and provided all the key information before our arrival. The instructions were easy to follow. The property is in an excellent location, central to all the activities in Menton. There is a large double bed in the main bedroom with am ample size closet and a double sofa bed (very comfortable) in the living room. For 2 adults it was the perfect size. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine but no dishwasher (we ate out all the time so not needed)."

"The house is so quirky and original with so many fantastic features. The view from the terrace is just breathtaking. It is situated in the most fantastic location and I'm still pinching myself that I managed to stay in such an amazing place. Just wow! I can't recommend this property highly enough. My husband and I had a fantastic lunch at Le Chateaux Eza, which we found surprisingly reasonable. We also loved our (almost) daily visits to Fach d'Oli d'Oliva deli near the top of the village. The staff there are incredibly friendly and fun. The area around Èze is beautiful with so much to see and do. The transport system is great and easy to get around, be it by bus, train or Uber. All in all, it was one of the best holidays I've had and can't wait to go back."

"Appartment has a great view from the terrace and short walking distance to the village of Port Grimaud and the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped, linen are available on request for a reasonable price. We always received a prompt owner´s feedback on our inquiries."
