"The location is great, and the unit comes with a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The house is in good condition—clean and well maintained. It also feels very secure, with three security doors (two at the lobby and one for the unit). Nearby have lots of good food :)"
"The electricity may trip if too many appliances are used at the same time, so it’s better to avoid running high-power items together. The toilet ventilation could also be improved slightly, although the shower area is well ventilated."

"Très bonne correspondance avec les hôtes. Appartement très bien placé, au calme, propre et fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables. Les couleurs sont sobres et reposantes. Le canapé-lit est large et remplit très bien son rôle de 3ème lit double."

"Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro e da parecchi punti di interesse. L’appartamento ha tutto ciò che può servire, anche se noi l’abbiamo utilizzato esclusivamente per la notte. Eravamo in 5, 2 adulti e 3 ragazzi, credo sia il limite."

"La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, un quartiere tranquillo ma al tempo stesso centralissimo e con molti locali tutto intorno. La metro e’ vicina. L’appartamento è arredato in modo semplice ma c’è tutto quello che serve, persino la lavatrice. Noi eravamo in 6 e il fatto di avere il WC e la doccia in 2 stanze diverse e’ tornato utile. Ovviamente niente bidet ma questo era scontato. Il divano letto è ampio e comodo. Lo staff è stato efficiente nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Ottimo servizio. Sicuramente vorrei tornare qui la prossima volta a Parigi."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment—it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was very comfortable, with a cozy double bed and a convenient sofa bed, making it perfect for our family. We especially appreciated being able to cook and enjoy homemade meals during our stay. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the tram, which made traveling into Paris quick and easy. There’s also a local market right behind the building, which was incredibly convenient. Free parking is available outside the building (subject to availability), which was a great bonus. The host was fantastic—very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She provided useful guidance and shared helpful transport links, which made getting around much easier for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"Fabulous place to stay! Great instructions made check in really easy. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen and living areas are large and well equiped. The beds are really comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. There's also a decent outside table and chairs and room for parking on the drive. The beach is literally 100m at the end of the road. Really nice spot with a couple of restaurants and bars nearby as well. Would definitely visit again and recommend staying here."
