"Very well appointed with excllent fixtures and fittings. Bedding was exceptionally good. The welcome pack was generous and much appreciated. Location by the river was excellent and very peaceful. We enjoyed watcing the kingfishers, ducks and swifts from the terrace."

"Ontvangst en lokatie helemaal top. Welkomstdrankje, fles wijn en stokbroodje met Franse kaas lagen klaar. Zeer ruime kamers zeer goed geoutilleerde inrichting. Zeer mooie lokatie aan riviertje en heerlijk om te genieten van de stilte. Strakke heldere hemel en geen vals licht zodat je de sterrenhemel goed kon zien."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec des locataires très accueillant et avec beaucoup de gentillesse à notre égard. Nous étions surpris des petites attentions (vin,bières fromage et eau) à notre disposition à l'arrivée. L'appartement est vraiment très chaleureux et agréable à vivre. Rien à redire mais à conseiller si vous êtes de passage. Encore merci aux propriétaires."

"A beautifully designed and decorated little summerhouse with it's own private garden. Just lovely to sit and look out. (Unfortunately not the time of year to get the full sun) but we could imagine how lovely to sit out in such a charming garden! We did not see the host but she was in communication and very nice and helpful. Thankyou!"

"Excellent location for hiking and walking in nature. It is situated in a beautiful little village with a pub and restaurants. After long walks you can regenerate yourself in a thermal water spa which is situated in the building opposite while children can rope climb in the park next by."

"We absolutely loved the cottage. It had plenty of space, inside and out and it had a lovely quaint feel. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were marvellous and extremely helpful - especially when my daughter left a toy behind. It was only a short walk to the most beautiful beach and local amenities - the market was spectacular. We would certainly stay again. The only thing that let us down was the weather."

"The location was excellent for visiting the sites of the Loire. Just 13 km from Amboise. The garden and pool area were top class. We were fortunate with v good weather. The Gite itself was good, quite bijoux but enough for our 4 night stay. The village of Neuille le Lierre is small with a mixture of rustic and classic French architecture. V pleasant. The host was v friendly and informative about the property. Overall a super short stay."
