"The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. It’s a very quiet place and a little away from all amenities, if you needed anything it was 3 miles away. Bus stop and train station only 50 meters away which was good but you need to keep up on the times. Pool was nice but always busy from 4pm onwards."

"I think they need some vending machine’s or a little shop on site. This would be a big benefit for them."

"Our apartment was overall pretty clean. Underground garage was good for car parking. Staff were friendly and helpful at the lobby. Issues and questions we had were solved quickly. Apartment served it's purpose for our stay."

"Notice. It's not hotel. You are expected to clean your room and there is no daily cleaning, If you stay over week, then bed sheets and towels would be changed. Room did have small kitchen, but no oven. What I would like ot see that there would be a bit more basic supplies available, such as hand soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags. It's bit of a waste of money and environment to buy these things and throw some of them away."

"Sauna was separated from the pool and with extra fee. The pool was cold because of the cold ventilation! The sofa was too small for 4 persons"

"The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. Communication with the hotel was excellent – everything was clear and handled efficiently. The balcony offers a beautiful mountain view – you can see Brévent and Flégère on one side, and Les Drus on the other. Great location – very close to the train station, from which you can reach the center of Chamonix in just a few minutes (2 stops). The hotel provides a free train pass valid for the entire stay, which is a big plus. Also, it’s close to several trailheads, perfect for hiking. The hotel collects a security deposit (as stated in the booking conditions), but if everything is fine, it’s refunded quickly – in our case, on the same day as check-out. Highly recommended!"

The location is peaceful yet perfectly situated for exploring Chamonix and the surrounding areas. We loved the easy access to hiking trails and the serene atmosphere after a day of adventure. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The wellness area with the heated pool was a dream—especially after long days outdoors. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout, which made it feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this residence to anyone looking for a relaxing yet luxurious mountain escape. Can’t wait to return!"
