"Very good reception Staff, friendly welcome. Allowed us to check in early. Spacious clean room with good facilities, complimentary water. Comfy Bed and large bathroom. Good restaurant nearby ( Hippopotamus Steak House which was dog friendly) Lidl 10min walk away. Parking onsite All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful."

"Heating in the room did not work, we were very cold. I eventually went to reception who happily gave me a heater. ( Think this is an on going issue on the 3rd floor) Parking is not gated secure, so if you are travelling with a car full of your belongings this might be a consideration ( we decanted pretty much everything to our room, which was a pain.) The curtains need re hanging in room 319 they were half off the rail. All this being said we had a good night's sleep and would return."

"A wonderful friendly reception, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen facility was ideal, everything was suitable for an evening whilst travelling. We really appreciated the proper wine glasses and the kettle with teabags etc."

"A minor thing, but a safety rail and / or a non slip mat in the bath would be beneficial for older residents. It would be useful for clients to have a map/ timetable for the free navette around the city along with clear directions to the starting point. We found this after a very long and hot walk into the city, having decided to leave our car after a long day's drive."

"Clean, modern hotel. Secure, gated parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. Michelin star restaurant attached to hotel and another restaurant next door. Nice sunset view from our room."
