"Great little top floor flat with good natural light, on a charming street of bars, bistros and trendy shops in the old town. There were a few issues, which the host company responded to promptly by message. We were warm enough, it was clean, the Wifi was good enough (once we figured out the cleaner had unplugged it), there was hot water. There were maps and leaflets about the city attractions. Furnishings were modern. Bedlinen for sofabed provided so we could sleep in 2 rooms."

Placé en dehors de Bias mais proche de l'épicerie du village,proche des plages de Lespecier et de Mimizan et proche de bois pour les promenades canines ! "We really liked the place. There was some construction around but inside was quiet enough. The apparent is lovely, everything needed we had. Would be nice for 5 people and 5 days to have more coffee capsules, dishwasher blocks and trash bags:) but it's minor. The man who met us was very nice and helpful. It has elevator! And the heating worked well when it got colder. We were really glad to find such a nice pet-friendly place."

"The property was conveniently located only 5 mins walk to the promenade, shops cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good facilities with a nice little balcony and lovely views over Nice by night. The hosts were very helpful and communication was excellent. "Wir haben besonders genossen: die Ruhe und Sicherheit des Bungalows, die tolle Lage (in nur 5 Minuten: Strand, Supermarkt Spar, Reitstall). Der Bungalow bietet alles, was man benötigt: sogar ein toller Elektro-Grill steht neben dem Pool, es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner."

"Great floor plan, with 2 bedrooms and the living room separate from the kitchen - a bit of privacy for everyone. Very clean, kitchen well equipped. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is helpful for a group of 4 or more. Easy parking around the property. Very close to the beach, 2 minute on foot and to the center, restaurants, supermarket. Very responsive, friendly and helpful host!"
