"The house is full of character and history but the room had modern heating, a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and chat to the host in the grand but not imposing dining room. We only stayed one night but the town and surrounds we saw on the way out made us wish we were staying longer."

We especially liked the human experience, as we were welcomed personally by Charles, who is a perfect host, discreet, and also always a message away. We had a great chat at breakfast while having our fingers deep in Charles' homemade jams!"

"Laurent met us at the apartment and showed us the facilities. He was an excellent host and a good communicator. The apartment had everything that was shown on the Booking.com site. It was very comfortable for a week's stay."
"The property is beautifully decorated, the welcome package was much appreciated and being in a quiet location meant that we could really unwind and enjoy a few days to relax! The fireplace was an added bonus for us and kept the property nicely warm and comfortable!"
