"Het was een appartement in een oud gebouw maar het was volledig in orde (enig minpuntje de doorzakkende matrassen), alles aanwezig en met een binnenplaats waar de auto geparkeerd kon worden. Het dorpje was eerder verlaten, zeker niet te toeristisch. Met de auto waren de landingsstranden en bijhorende musea makkelijk bereikbaar. Een huisje dat het aanbevelen waard is!"

"L'appartement est très bien placé pour faire de belles balades et découvrir les plages du débarquement. Pas besoin de chercher une place de parking nous avons pu nous garer dans la cour. Pour notre arrivée une bouteille de crémant nous attendait dans le frigo une belle attention Merci encore Françoise. Marie David Follette 🐶"

"Séjour très agréable en famille,maison très bien située proche de la mer et du supermarché ainsi qu'un bar tabac presse au coin de la rue. Un parc arboré à côté avec des jeux pour les enfants. La maison était très propre et il y avait toute la vaisselles et ustensiles rien ne manquait ,je pense que c'est une adresse que l'on gardera . Les propriétaires super et explique bien pour le déroulement du séjour"

Posto auto nel giardino interno chiuso. tavolo e sedie con ombrellone per mangiare all'aperto. Due camere da letto e due bagni. Molto vicino al mare, ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti, supermercato Intermarchè ben rifornito ugualmente vicino, pochi minuti a piedi. Posizione molto tranquilla in una via chiusa."

"The place exceeded our expectations, offering a quiet and peaceful environment in a serene neighborhood. The host welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We appreciated the privacy and flexibility to come and go as we pleased without interruption. "The apartment was very spacious and had private outdoor space and access to the pool. Eric and Brenda were extremely welcoming, gave us excellent advice about the local area (including shops, restaurants, running routes etc) and they were always available if we had any questions. The apartment was finished to a high standard, was very clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay in Cotignac. The apartment is well located, it is very quiet, has all the essentials within less than 5 minutes of driving, it is surrounded by various vineyards, and it is easy to access Cotignac with a car."

"It was a lovely place, we were surprised to see the beautiful interior design, the garden and the outstanding equipment in the kitchen! Nearby there‘s a great french boulangerie, a supermarket and beautiful, but rocky beaches."
"It was unique! Filled with artistic touches, fish that the children could feed, lots of indoor and outdoor space and privacy, games room for the kids, sun lounges on the decking for us. Friendly and helpful (French speaking) owners (we used google translate). In beautiful countryside, ~20 mins drive to beach."
