"Ansprechend renoviertes Apt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Mehrfamilienhaus. Sehr kleine aber gut ausgerüstete Küche u.a. mit neuem Kühlschrank mit grossem TK-Teil. Kombi-Mikrowelle, Backofen, Induktions-2fach-Glaskeramik-Kochteil. Geschirrspüler. Kleines Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, separate Toilette, Waschmaschine. Gutes WIFI. Langgezogene Terrasse mit Blick in Pinienhain und Badestrand/Meer in sehr ruhiger Lage, da nur Fuss-und Veloweg. Einfaches unbeschränktes und kostenfreies Parken entlang der Strasse möglich. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen (ab 09'00 Uhr) und Restaurant in 5 Gehminuten. Ca. 15 Gehminuten nach Argelès-Plage mit vielen Restaurants und Läden."
