"I would not say that property is small and child-friendly. The Staircase leading to the bedroom has no handrail rail so you have to be careful when you are going down the stairs with a child in hand. Also, the garden is not on one level, with all the large and small stones, so you have to be really really careful if your child is small. You have to have a car also."

"The house was in a secluded area of Grasse, which meant that it was quiet with no road noise; you can watch squirrels moving between the trees! The living area was light and spacious, making for a very relaxing stay and the hosts, Georges and Valerie were always available to answer any queries. The 'welcome' jar of homemade preserve was much appreciated. Other reviewers have mentioned Georges' knowledge of the area. This was very impressive. He could answer anything we needed to know. In our case it was the beaches that we were interested in. The house was in an excellent location for us, as we were keen to visit some hilltop villages, as well as visit Nice and Antibes. (There was an excellent collection of maps at the property."

"Nothing. (We were a little troubled by some insect bites, but you have to expect that in an area with gardens, trees and water in the south of France. It wouldn't stop me recommending this place.)"

La maison est aux portes de Grasse et permet un accès rapide aux routes principales pour accéder aux villes et villages des environs. "Un'oasi di pace, casa indipendente molto pulita e proprietario gentile e accogliente. Ottima posizione per scoprire Grasse (capitale mondiale del Profumo), Cannes e le sue isole, Antibes, Corniche d'oro, Nizza."

"Ein Wermutstropfen vorne weg: Ohne Navi hatten wir das Haus nicht gefunden. Ansonsten gibt es nur Lob für den Besitzer. Es ist alles da, was das Herz eines Mieters erfreut. Nach der Ankunft erhielten wir eine kurze Einführung, wo, was zu finden ist. Danach erzählte der Chef meiner Frau rund eine Stunde lang alles über Parfüm in Grasse. Diese Ausführungen halfen uns. Im Parfümmuseum konnten wir durch sie so manches besser verstehen. Der Mann hatte Freude daran, sein Fachwissen weiterzugeben. Ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Tipp: Am Bahnhof von Grasse darf man umsonst parken, wenn man mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt fährt. Busfahrscheine aufheben, will der Pförtner bei der Ausfahrt sehen."

"Abend roch es manchmal etwas unangenehm aus dem Gulli neben dem Haus. Bei der großen Hitze nicht ungewöhnlich."

"Het is erg rustig gelegen, maar het ligt ook maar op 2 km van de bakker, beenhouwer en supermarkt. Alle ruimtes zijn ook voorzien van airco, wat wel handig is heel warm weer. Alles is quasi aanwezig (zoals kruiden, thee, koffie, diepvries, detergent, wasproduct). Er is ook een goede wifi-verbinding en een uitgebreide brochure van de woning aanwezig. De eigenaar staat je persoonlijk op te wachten bij aankomst en geeft je graag advies over wat de moeite is om te bezoeken. De woning was mooi onderhouden en bij vragen konden we altijd terecht bij de eigenaar (die ook op het domein woont)."

"Wir haben eine Oase der Ruhe vorgefunden, inmitten des hektischen Treibens in einer der meistbewohnten Regionen am Mittelmeer. Das Haus bietet allen nötigen Komfort, die Küchenausstattung ist top, die Klimaanlage einwandfrei auch zum Heizen wenn es kühler ist. Der Gastgeber ist einfach der Beste (merci Georges), und die Ruhe in der Nacht ist einmalig."
